Biography

Christine Auda is a self-taught jewelry designer, an award winning digital artist and a writer whose work has been showcased in galleries, museums and private collections across the U.S.A. She resides in Hawthorne, New Jersey with her husband and three feline friends.

The Creative Process

Ms. Auda explores the offbeat side of life to create colorful, modern and unusual images with a twist. Her jewelry and digital works are punctuated with personality and expression. “Often when I design I allow my subconscious to play instead of meticulously planning ahead. My creations come from my heart.”

About the Jewelry

Ms. Auda specializes in one of a kind handcrafted jewelry.  Her recent focus is on fun, colorful bead and silver bracelets and earrings.  “I design each piece of jewelry with love. My hope is that the customer can feel that energy when she wears my work.”

Her mixed-media jewelry may include any of the following materials: beads, sterling silver, fine silver, brass, copper, wire, polyshrink, polymer clay, paints, markers, colored pencils and chalk.  Ms. Auda may texture metal via a rolling mill and/or chasing tools.
